This policy explains how StudiC and the APES development team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handle information when you play APES, visit its website, or use related online features and support channels (together, the “Services”).

• Platform and profile information, such as a platform account identifier, display name, avatar, and other information made available through your Meta account.
• Device and connection information, including device identifiers, IP address, operating-system information, language, and approximate region.
• Gameplay and service data, such as multiplayer session information, progression, settings, diagnostic events, crash reports, and interactions needed to operate the game.
• Communications, including information you choose to send when requesting support or contacting our community team.

How we use information

We use this information to run multiplayer and online features, maintain player progress, provide support, secure the Services, investigate abuse, diagnose technical problems, understand performance, and improve APES.

Service providers

APES may rely on third-party infrastructure and platform services, including Meta platform services, Epic Online Services, PlayFab, and Cloudflare. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies to deliver account, networking, hosting, security, analytics, or backend functions. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

Multiplayer visibility

Your display name, avatar, and in-game activity may be visible to other players when you use social or multiplayer features. Avoid sharing personal information through public or player-facing features.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the Services, protect players, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information. You may also be able to manage platform information through your Meta account settings. Contact us to make a privacy request; we may need to verify that the request belongs to you.

Children’s privacy

APES is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required by Meta or applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to those requirements, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as APES, our providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
